“42Fish made sure our marketing
materials positively reflected the
changes that our company was going
through. They helped us transition from
a residential builder to a serious player
in the arena of mixed-use community development.”

- Mo Dioun, The Stonehenge Company

The Stonehenge Company, a central Ohio
builder and developer known for high-end
homes and condominiums, is entering the
high-profile and extremely competitive realm
of developing mixed-use communities,
primarily in joint ventures with municipalities.

The Stonehenge Company needed to start
presenting itself as an organization capable
of developing and building a variety of different things, from single-family homes to multi-million dollar town centers.

Cause decision makers within
municipalities across the nation to
consider The Stonehenge Company
as a legitimate option for developing a
mixed-use community in their city.

Some of the actions were quite simple
(changing the web address and e-mail
addresses from StonehengeHomes.com to
Stonehenge-Company.com), while other
changes involved a little more time and effort.

Some of the tactics developed include:

A defined nomenclature for the different division of the company
Corporate capabilities brochure
New website
New tagline for the organizations: We Build Communities.
New stationery and business cards
Booth and video for use at national convention of municipal development directors
Print ads promoting town center currently under development

The Stonehenge Company is the final stages
of landing three major town centers, and in
the early stages of competing for other town
centers throughout the country.
