The Stonehenge Company was in the early
stages of developing Creekside
Gahanna,
a mixed-use community that will include 71
luxury condominiums,
office space, retail
stores, restaurants and more in the heart
of Olde Gahanna.
 
Creekside
Gahanna had a name, a logo,
and little else besides its great location
to
help market itself to potential residential,
office, retail,
or restaurant clients.
  In
addition to enticing retail, restaurant, and
office tenants, the
primary desired reaction
of this marketing campaign is to cause
potential condominium buyers to contact
Stonehenge either via the
internet or the
telephone to begin the reservation and
buying process.
  42Fish
worked closely with the ownership
and marketing team of The Stonehenge
Company to ensure that all of the marketing
materials developed
for Creekside Gahanna
convey a personality that is best summed
up
by the tagline “naturally sophisticated.”
